General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1. Company identification

IOVE orders are managed by a European logistics operator specialized in fulfillment, with operational centers in Spain and headquarters in Germany, ensuring safe, fast, and traceable shipping.

Each product page includes:
- A detailed description of features, ingredients, format, and usage instructions.
- Real or representative product images.
- Relevant information on certifications or available scientific data.

- All prices include applicable taxes (VAT).
- Shipping costs are shown before finalizing the purchase.

3. Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics center in Madrid, managed by a specialized European operator.
Estimated delivery times:
- Mainland Spain: 1–2 business days
- Rest of Spain: 2–4 business days
- EU: 2–6 business days depending on country
Orders placed before 16:00 (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.
Delivery times may be extended slightly during special campaigns. IOVE is not responsible for external delays (strikes, weather, local holidays, etc.).
Order tracking:
After dispatch, customers receive an email with a tracking link.
4. Returns, cancellations, and withdrawal policy
Returns are accepted for two reasons:
- 1.Exercising the right of withdrawal
- 2.Receipt of damaged or incorrect order
Withdrawal:
Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason.
How to request a return:
- Email info@iove.io with order number
- Indicate reason (withdrawal or other)
- If reason is not withdrawal, include photos of: shipping box with label, product boxes, visible damage, and screenshot showing purchase price of affected item.
Return costs:
- If IOVE made an error or the product is defective: free return
- Otherwise: €2.00 handling fee + €0.85 per item returned + shipping costs (deducted from refund)
Refund:
Processed via the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
4.1. Order cancellation before shipment
Order NOT processed:
Customer may cancel at no cost if the order has not yet been processed or packed.
Order already shipped:
If already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customer may exercise withdrawal upon receipt and cover the return shipping costs (unless IOVE is at fault).
4.2. Cancellation after delivery (withdrawal)
Returns due to change of mind are accepted only if the product has not been opened and the seal remains intact. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refund is processed after item verification.
4.3. Damage, incorrect or problematic products
In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must notify IOVE within 3 days of delivery, including photos as specified above.
A replacement will be sent or a full refund issued.
4.4. Returns NOT accepted
Due to hygiene and safety, returns are not accepted if:
- Product has been opened
- Supplements or cosmetics have a broken seal
- Product has been used, even once
- Kits or packs are incomplete
- Packaging is damaged due to customer mishandling
4.5. Customer refusal of package
Visible damage during transport:
If the package appears damaged, we recommend refusing delivery, taking a photo, and informing us at info@iove.io. IOVE will cover all associated costs and issue a replacement or full refund.
Refusal without reason:
If the customer refuses the package without cause attributable to IOVE, return and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
4.6. Incorrect address provided by customer
IOVE is not responsible for errors in the shipping address entered by the customer. If the package is returned, reshipping costs will apply.
4.7. Delayed delivery
If IOVE shipped the order on time, any delays by the carrier do not entitle the customer to a free return. Withdrawal is still possible, but return costs will be borne by the customer.
If the delay was caused by IOVE failing to dispatch on time, the customer may cancel at no cost.
5. Warranty and after-sales service
- All products carry a minimum 2-year legal warranty.

- Refunds: max. 14 days after verification of returned product.
6. Packaging policy
Packaging is provided by our logistics partner and designed to ensure product protection during transit.
7. Order confirmation
The contract is considered finalized when the customer receives the order confirmation email.
Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and these Terms is required to complete the purchase.
8. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, except where consumer protection regulations state otherwise.
